- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction
- Possess Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Have 1-2 years prior room service experience preferred
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Be personable and service-oriented

Job Duties
- Deliver meals promptly to guest rooms with accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide a memorable dining experience by attending to guests courteously and professionally
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate orders and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area
- Handle guest requests and resolve any service issues promptly
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Assist in setting up trays and ensuring presentation standards are met
