- Cash handling experience preferred
- Ability to interact courteously and efficiently with guests
- Knowledge of company standards, policies and procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Obtain all required work cards

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently
- Ensure proper service
- Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Communicate all guest opportunities/situations to management or relief personnel
- Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate reservations
- Have knowledge of all service employees' responsibilities
- Run cash register and handle money
- Ensure employee safety
- Assist in bussing and/or resetting tables
- Remove debris from the floor as necessary
- Monitor door at all times to ensure prompt seating of guests
- Responsible for cleanliness of host/hostess stand, floors, menus, signage, and special boards
- Balance all checks at end of shift and turn in work in neat and organized manner
