Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced high-energy service environment
Cash handling experience preferred
Ability to interact courteously and efficiently with guests
Knowledge of company standards, policies and procedures
Ability to manage time effectively
Obtain all required work cards

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently
Ensure proper service
Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant
Communicate all guest opportunities/situations to management or relief personnel
Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate reservations
Have knowledge of all service employees' responsibilities
Run cash register and handle money
Ensure employee safety
Assist in bussing and/or resetting tables
Remove debris from the floor as necessary
Monitor door at all times to ensure prompt seating of guests
Responsible for cleanliness of host/hostess stand, floors, menus, signage, and special boards
Balance all checks at end of shift and turn in work in neat and organized manner
