As a well-established player in the hotel industry, Concord Hospitality manages a portfolio of hotels where guest experience and employee satisfaction are paramount. The company prides itself on a strong "Associate First" culture that emphasizes personal development, diversity, and work-life balance. With a focus on providing excellent customer service, Concord offers a supportive environment where team members are valued, respected, and given opportunities for career advancement. This culture makes Concord Hospitality an attractive employer for individuals seeking long-term career growth in the hospitality sector.

We are currently hiring a Food Runner who can also assist with attending the dining room area, offering a pivotal role in guest service and overall dining experience. This is an hourly position with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Working in this role, you will be among the first or last points of contact for our guests during their dining experience. Your role is integral to setting the tone for an enjoyable visit by providing friendly, attentive, and proactive customer service.

The Food Runner role with Concord Hospitality is ideal for individuals passionate about serving others and engaging with guests in a fast-paced environment. The position involves delivering food orders promptly and accurately to ensure all meals arrive at the proper temperature, accompanied by the necessary utensils, dishware, and condiments. You will also play a role in explaining meal contents to guests and ensuring their satisfaction, requiring a professional attitude and thorough knowledge of food and beverage items. The role extends to working in various food service areas including the main dining room, bistro, and room service.

Additionally, Food Runners may assist as Room Service Servers, delivering meal service directly to hotel guests' rooms. This aspect of the job involves formal greetings, explaining the meals, and providing attentive service with a friendly demeanor. A ServSafe certificate or similar alcohol training is necessary due to the nature of food and beverage handling involved.

The position demands organization, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a cheerful personality capable of handling high-volume periods calmly and efficiently. You will have the opportunity to contribute to guests' memorable stays by maintaining high standards of food presentation and safety policies compliance. Concord Hospitality values consistent attendance, reliability, and an ability to anticipate guest needs.

In return, full-time associates can enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, disability options, a 401K plan, tuition assistance, discounted hotel rates, and various training and development opportunities. At Concord Hospitality, employees are encouraged to grow professionally while being part of a team that values integrity, quality, community, profitability, and fun. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional guest service and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers the perfect opportunity for you to join a respected company where your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
