Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work part time approximately 25 hours per week
- flexibility to work both AM and PM shifts
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer service orientation
- good communication skills
- ability to handle guest requests and feedback professionally
Job Qualifications

- previous hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with restocking supplies, cleaning bar and lounge areas, and stocking room service station
- deliver food and beverage mobile orders to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner
- ensure orders are accurate and presented according to hotel standards
- answer guest calls for missing or extra items and assist with mobile orders
- support bartenders and servers during busy periods by bussing tables and running food
- maintain cleanliness and organization of room service trays, carts, and delivery equipment
- communicate effectively with kitchen and bartenders to coordinate orders
- deliver guest amenities
- restock hotel lobby Market (alcohol only)
