The role offered is focused on maintaining excellence in guest room cleanliness and overall hotel hygiene standards while providing superior customer service throughout the guests' stay. The position is ideal for individuals motivated by teamwork, guest satisfaction, and operational quality in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The role entails supervising the performance and training of Guest Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring all housekeeping procedures meet the hotel’s and Shaner Group’s high standards. Duties include overseeing deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning projects, while assisting with laundry, housekeeping, and other related functions during peak periods or staff shortages. Candidates should have at least one year of cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel setting, and must demonstrate effective communication skills with guests, management, and team members. Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safety procedures is vital. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are considered an advantage to enhance guest interaction and service quality.
