As a member of the housekeeping team, you will play a significant role in shaping guests' experiences by ensuring that their rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This role involves key responsibilities such as replacing guest amenities and room supplies, making beds and folding linens, removing waste and soiled linen, and organizing room furniture and appliances. Additionally, cleaning tasks including dusting, polishing, removing marks from walls and furniture, and vacuuming carpets and floors are essential to maintain the luxurious standards expected by guests.
The position requires physical stamina since it involves lifting and moving items up to 25 pounds, standing, walking, and sitting for prolonged periods. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance with a clean uniform and will undergo safety training and certification before employment.
