Your responsibilities will include moving and managing supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to protect both the hotel’s property and its guests. Using wheeled carts, you will transport linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies between storage areas and guest rooms. Thorough cleaning duties encompass sanitizing bathrooms, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming carpets and upholstery, and ensuring all aspects of the rooms are spotless and welcoming. You will replenish guest room essentials such as drinking glasses, writing materials, and bathroom items to ensure guest convenience and satisfaction.
Attention to detail extends beyond guest rooms, as cleaning tasks include washing walls, ceilings, windows, door panels, and other structural elements to maintain a fresh and inviting ambiance throughout the hotel. Waste disposal duties are essential to maintaining cleanliness standards and must be performed responsibly. The ability to work independently while adhering to company safety and security policies is paramount. Reporting any incidents like damage or theft promptly ensures the safety and security of hotel assets and guest belongings.
The role demands reliable performance of routine, repetitive tasks, combined with the ability to follow both oral and written instructions accurately. Physical capability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects safely is required, as is a service-oriented approach that actively seeks ways to assist guests and colleagues. Coordination skills to adapt actions based on others’ movements will enhance efficiency in this role.

Job Qualifications
