The role of Housekeeper within Sandpiper Property Management (SPM) is a vital position designed to uphold and exceed cleanliness standards throughout all assigned areas. This professional will primarily be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, lobbies, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, stairways, and exterior spaces according to company protocols. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facility, house laundry, stairways, exterior according to company standards and required time frames
- Replenish supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linen and terry in various areas such as guest rooms and restrooms
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area
- Stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment
- Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner
- Adhere to safety and security policies to ensure personal safety, guest safety, and protection of company property
- Use all materials, chemicals, and tools safely to avoid injury, waste, damage, or accidents
