As a Room Attendant at Hilton, you play a vital role beyond just maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms; you are a key part of creating memorable experiences that brighten every guest’s day. You will be responsible for cleaning and tidying assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as necessary. Additionally, you will replenish linens, towels, and guest essentials, manage housekeeping supplies, respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending lifting and standing for long durations
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols and hotel standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is advantageous but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact politely with guests and team members
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require bending lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety procedures and hotel policies
- Positive attitude aligned with core values of hospitality integrity leadership teamwork ownership and a focus on urgency and discipline
Job Duties
- Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities by replacing bed linens towels and guest essentials as needed
- Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight guests by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
