Contract Services Group, Inc. (CSG) is a respected leader in the cleaning and facility services industry, providing comprehensive services to a broad range of clients throughout the Southwestern United States. Specializing in hospitality, multi-family housing, office complexes, retail spaces, universities, and city-owned municipalities, CSG has built a reputation rooted in its core values of customer focus, continuous improvement, integrity, and communication. This dedication to quality and excellence ensures that the company consistently meets the highest standards in servicing premiere facilities. CSG places significant emphasis on safety, not only for its employees but also for customers, clients, and the wider community. By fostering a safe and supportive work environment, CSG demonstrates a commitment to the well-being of everyone involved in its operations. The company offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, striving to maintain fairness and honesty that set it apart from others in the industry. Becoming a member of the CSG team means joining a company that values both its employees and clients, creates opportunities for growth, and upholds a strong standard of excellence in its services.

CSG is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join the team at the most prestigious boutique hotel in Napa Valley. This boutique hotel is known for delivering personalized service, thoughtfully designed accommodations, and creating memorable experiences for its guests. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the visual appeal, cleanliness, and comfort of both guest rooms and public areas, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. This position offers an hourly wage of $19.00 to $20.00, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation within the hospitality industry.

In this role, the Room Attendant will be responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms, suites, and public spaces to exacting boutique hotel standards. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disinfecting, and restocking amenities to enhance guest satisfaction. The role requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure rooms meet quality and brand standards prior to guest arrival. Additionally, the Room Attendant will manage housekeeping carts and supply areas to maintain organization and efficiency. Responding promptly and professionally to guest requests while providing warm and personalized hospitality is essential to delivering the superior guest experience for which this boutique hotel is celebrated.

This position demands excellent time management and organizational skills, alongside the physical ability to perform tasks such as standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. The successful candidate will have prior housekeeping experience—preferably in a hotel, boutique hotel, or luxury hotel setting—and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility is also necessary to accommodate shifts during weekends and holidays based on hotel occupancy. Joining the CSG team means becoming part of a supportive, team-oriented environment that values growth and development within a unique boutique hospitality setting, where every team member contributes to creating unforgettable guest experiences through exceptional service and attention to detail.
