The Room Attendant role at Hilton is more than just maintaining cleanliness; it is about delivering a warm, welcoming environment that enhances every guest’s stay. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • good communication skills
  • previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • clean and tidy assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • replenish linens towels and guest essentials
  • stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
  • respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
