This opportunity is for a Room Attendant position at the Lexington Medical Center Hampton Inn managed by NorthStar Hospitality. The role offers both full and part-time day shift schedules and is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining cleanliness and high standards in the hotel environment. As a Room Attendant, the primary responsibility is to ensure all guest rooms and hotel spaces meet the brand’s exacting standards for cleanliness, comfort, and presentation. This includes refreshing guest amenities, making beds, managing linens, and ensuring that rooms are neat, orderly, and inviting for arriving guests. The position involves hands-on cleaning duties such as dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and straightening furniture, as well as responding to guest requests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Job Duties
- refresh and replenish guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- make beds and fold sheets
- remove trash, dirty linens and room service items
- greet guests and take care of requests
- straighten desk items, furniture and appliances
- dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
- vacuum carpets and floor care duties
