The Room Attendant role at Hilton is integral to maintaining the high standards synonymous with the Hilton brand. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding promptly to guest requests to ensure an outstanding level of service and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing linens and amenities, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed. Attention to detail is critical in this role, as cleanliness and guest satisfaction directly impact Hilton's reputation and financial profitability. You will also be responsible for stocking and maintaining the housekeeping supply cart, disposing of trash and recyclables properly, and delivering guest turn-down service when required.

Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
  • good communication skills
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • clean guest rooms as assigned including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting and vacuuming
  • change and replenish bed linens towels and guest amenities as needed
  • perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart on a daily basis
  • dispose of trash and recyclables
  • respond to special guest requests in a timely friendly and efficient manner
  • perform guest turn down service as needed
