Sonesta encourages its team members to participate actively in deep cleaning projects and to contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
Candidates with prior housekeeping experience are preferred, particularly those familiar with the extended stay hotel industry. Fluency in English is preferred, with the ability to read, write, and speak the language effectively, though knowledge of other languages is considered beneficial. Physical demands include frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting items up to 75 pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts with company match, retirement plans with company match, paid vacation and sick days, hotel discounts, educational assistance, paid parental leave, company-paid life insurance, and disability insurance. Additional perks include hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance, alongside various employee discounts.
