The role of Room Attendant at HHM Hotels is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort that guests expect. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring guest rooms are cleaned thoroughly and maintained according to established standards, contributing directly to guest satisfaction. This position involves cleaning guest rooms by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floors, changing bed linens, replacing towels and amenities, and polishing furniture and fixtures. You will also dust furniture, walls, and equipment to uphold impeccable cleanliness. Additionally, Room Attendants are expected to interact warmly with guests, providing a friendly greeting that enhances the guest experience.

Beyond cleaning duties, you will play a key role in reporting any maintenance issues in guest rooms to the management to ensure prompt repairs. Handling guest items left behind in rooms in accordance with the lost and found policy is another important responsibility. Safety is a priority in this role; therefore, adherence to safe work habits, the use of protective safety equipment, and compliance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards are required.

Job Requirements
