Job Description
HHM Hotels is a renowned hospitality establishment dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through superior accommodations and outstanding service. Known for our commitment to excellence and a welcoming atmosphere, we continuously strive to create a warm and inviting environment for all our guests. Our hotel chain embraces a culture that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation, making us a preferred employer in the hospitality industry. We are passionate about fostering growth and development within our team members, offering clear career progression opportunities like advancing from Room Attendant to Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and ultimately Executive Housekeeper. We emphasize a culture where employees are encouraged to take initiative, demonstrate ownership of their roles, and contribute to delivering stellar guest satisfaction.
The Room Attendant role at HHM Hotels is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms, ensuring they meet the highest standards set by our company. This position involves cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms using a systematic approach within allocated time frames, changing bed linens, replenishing towels and amenities, polishing furniture and fixtures, and ensuring all areas are spotless and welcoming to guests. Room Attendants also play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by greeting guests warmly during interactions and being attentive to their needs.
In addition to maintaining cleanliness, Room Attendants are responsible for notifying management about necessary repairs, processing lost and found items according to policy, and working safely while adhering to OSHA and MSDS standards. Flexibility is required as attendants may be called upon to perform house person or lobby attendant duties during peak times or staff shortages. This role demands physical stamina as attendants stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift, and utilize cleaning chemicals safely.
At HHM Hotels, we are committed to employee well-being, offering competitive wages for both full-time and part-time roles, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401k company match, and daily pay options. Additional perks include free basic life insurance, travel discounts, commuter benefits, an employee assistance and wellness program, and opportunities for educational and professional development. We also encourage employee engagement through our referral bonus program.
Our work environment values diversity and inclusivity, reinforcing our stance as an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate based on race, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any protected status. We believe our people are our greatest capability, upholding hearts that serve, maintaining only excellence, staying nimble, and owning our responsibilities. Joining HHM Hotels means becoming part of a dedicated team driven to deliver unparalleled guest experiences and advance in the hospitality field.
