Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- availability to work on feet for extended periods
- basic understanding of safety and security protocols
- reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- responsible for the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and surrounding corridors
- respond courteously and pleasantly to guest needs and requests
- make beds neatly with fresh linens
- pick up trash, clean mirrors, shelves, doorframes, furniture, and dust light fixtures
- clean bathrooms including basin, bathtub, toilet, and tile floor
- disinfect bathroom surfaces
- replenish supplies in rooms such as glasses, soaps, shampoo, and towels
- vacuum each room and hallway
- report room and equipment deficiencies to maintenance
- maintain a clean and attractive work area and personal appearance
- adhere to fire alarm and evacuation procedures
- ensure security of guests, associates, and hotel assets
- perform other duties as requested by management
- keep confidential company business functions
