This philosophy drives the team to deliver superior guest service and create positive stays for travelers of all kinds.

At HHM Hotels, the Room Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and comfort expected by their guests. This role is integral to the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that guest rooms are immaculate and welcoming. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, changing bed linens, replenishing towels and amenities, and polishing furniture and fixtures. Attendants also ensure that maintenance needs are reported promptly and lost and found items are processed according to policy.

This position offers a clear growth path within the housekeeping department, starting as a Room Attendant and advancing through roles such as Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and ultimately Executive Housekeeper. HHM Hotels supports professional development and provides opportunities to gain leadership experience while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Candidates for the Room Attendant position should possess good communication skills in English, have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and prior housekeeping or equivalent training or experience. Emphasis is placed on safety, with adherence to MSDS and OSHA standards and the use of protective equipment required. The role demands physical stamina due to tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 20 pounds.

The company offers competitive wages for both full-time and part-time employees, along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, a 401k company match, free basic life insurance, and many more perks. HHM Hotels prioritizes a supportive work environment and provides employees with daily pay options, travel discounts, commuter benefits, wellness programs, and educational opportunities, along with a referral bonus program for additional incentives.

This role is critical in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the quality standards that define HHM Hotels’ brand reputation. The company values individuals who are enthusiastic, diligent, and committed to excellence. If you are looking to grow a career in hospitality with a company that values your contribution and supports your professional growth, HHM Hotels is the ideal place to apply.
