Job Description

HHM Hotels is a distinguished hospitality company recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service across its properties. Known for its commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction, HHM Hotels operates a range of hotels that cater to diverse clientele seeking comfort, convenience, and quality accommodations. As a prominent employer in the hospitality industry, HHM Hotels provides opportunities for professional growth with clear career progression paths and a supportive work environment.

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring that all guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere for our guests. As a Housekeeper at HHM Hotels, you will play a crucial part in upholding our reputation by transforming guest rooms through meticulous cleaning, replenishing linens, and ensuring all amenities are perfectly arranged.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining guest room cleanliness in an efficient and timely manner, following strict operational standards. You will be expected to clean floors, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate methods such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Beyond routine cleaning, the role involves reporting any maintenance or repair needs to management, as well as following safety protocols including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and compliance with OSHA standards to ensure both guest and staff safety.

This position also offers a structured growth path within the housekeeping and management teams, starting as a Housekeeper, with the opportunity to advance to Housekeeping Supervisor, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and ultimately Executive Housekeeper. This career trajectory is ideal for those seeking long-term professional development in the hospitality sector.

HHM Hotels values guest satisfaction highly, and as such, all housekeepers are expected to greet guests warmly upon interaction and to handle guest items left behind according to policy. Flexibility is also key, as the role may occasionally involve performing duties outside the typical housekeeping scope, such as helping in the lobby or assisting as a house person during peak times or staff shortages.

We prioritize a safe and healthy workplace and encourage all team members to practice safe work habits and utilize protective equipment. We appreciate staff who are proactive about improving guest satisfaction scores and contributing positively to the overall departmental goals.

Join HHM Hotels and be part of a company that believes in People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, Own It. In return, we offer a competitive wage package, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
