Job Description

HHM Hotels is a respected hospitality company known for providing exceptional lodging experiences through dedicated service and well-maintained facilities. As a company, HHM Hotels emphasizes creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where guests feel valued and cared for. Their operations span multiple locations, bringing consistency in quality and guest satisfaction. With a commitment to professional development and a supportive work environment, HHM Hotels offers employees opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization.

The position of Room Attendant at HHM Hotels is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms to ensure high standards are consistently met. This role involves not just routine cleaning but also actively contributing to guest satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Employment can be full-time or part-time, providing flexibility to accommodate different schedules. Room Attendants report directly to housekeeping supervisors and play an essential part in daily hotel operations.

A typical day for a Room Attendant at HHM Hotels includes greeting guests warmly, cleaning guest rooms according to established standards, changing bed linens, replenishing towels and amenities, and ensuring that furniture and fixtures are polished and dust-free. The role also requires attention to detail such as noting any needed repairs and processing items left behind by guests according to the hotel’s lost and found policies. Safety is a priority, so all attendants are expected to follow MSDS and OSHA standards, use protective equipment, and practice safe work habits.

Opportunity for growth is a significant feature of this role, with a clear path leading from Housekeeping Supervisor to Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and ultimately Executive Housekeeper. Employees are encouraged to improve guest satisfaction scores by providing consistent quality service and taking initiative to ensure overall guest contentment.

Beyond the operational duties, this position also involves occasional support as a house person and lobby attendant during busy periods or staffing shortages. This flexibility helps maintain seamless service and reinforces team collaboration. Working at HHM Hotels means committing to a work environment that values people, excellence, service, agility, and ownership—all core principles the company lives by.

The work environment requires physical endurance, including standing for extended periods, walking, pushing and pulling equipment, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Additionally, attendants must be comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely. Schedules may vary and include holidays and weekends, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry.

HHM Hotels offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive wages for both full-time and part-time employees, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, and other perks like daily pay options, travel discounts, commuter benefits, wellness programs, educational development, and referral bonuses. These benefits demonstrate the company's commitment to employee well-being and professional growth.

Joining HHM Hotels as a Room Attendant means becoming part of a team dedicated to excellence in hospitality and service. It offers a chance to develop valuable skills, build a career in a supportive and dynamic environment, and contribute to memorable guest experiences.
