Job Requirements

High School diploma preferred
Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training
Ability to understand and communicate in English
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capability to lift up to 20 pounds
Willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends
Knowledge of safe chemical handling via OSHA and MSDS standards

Job Qualifications

High School diploma preferred
Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training
Ability to understand and communicate in English
Strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Physical ability to perform manual cleaning tasks

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
Clean guest rooms according to standards within allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
Dust furniture, walls, or equipment
Notify managers of repair needs in guest rooms
Process guest items left behind according to lost and found policy
Practice safe work habits and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
Perform house person and lobby attendant duties during short staffing or peak periods
Work toward increasing overall guest satisfaction
Perform other duties as requested by management
