Established as a leader in the hotel industry, Hilton operates a diverse portfolio of world-class brands that welcome more than 3 billion guests worldwide. The company prides itself on its core values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency, which shape a vibrant and award-winning workplace culture recognized repeatedly by Great Place to Work and Fortune as one of the World's Best Workplaces. Hilton's mission is to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality, enriching every guest's stay and every employee's career journey.

Joining Hilton's Hotels team as a Room Attendant means more than just cleaning—it means spreading the essence of hospitality in every guest interaction. In this role, you will take responsibility for maintaining spotless guest rooms by ensuring cleanliness and comfort are always prioritized. Your duties will include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and occasionally performing deep cleaning tasks to maintain the high standards Hilton guests expect. You will replenish linens, towels, and essential amenities regularly to ensure rooms are well-stocked and welcoming.

The role also involves managing housekeeping supply carts, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are available and transported efficiently throughout your shift. Exceptional customer service is a vital part of your duties; you will respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, helping to create a memorable stay. Waste disposal is also a key task, requiring proper handling and disposal of trash and recyclables in designated areas to uphold cleanliness and environmental standards.

Hilton invests deeply in the well-being and growth of its team members by offering unmatched perks and benefits. These include incredible travel perks such as 110 nights of discounted travel at our hotels, an employee stock purchase program that offers a 15% discount on Hilton shares, and paid parental leave to support your family needs. Hilton also provides personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services for emotional and practical assistance, and mental health resources like free counseling through its Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Moreover, Hilton offers generous paid time off so team members can recharge, plus comprehensive health and welfare benefits covering checkups, dental care, and vision. Financial security is another priority, with retirement plans designed to help you save for the future. Benefits may vary by location and employment terms but reflect Hilton's commitment to supporting its employees holistically.

Working at Hilton means joining an exceptional workplace culture where your contributions are valued and your career is nurtured. Whether you are just starting out or looking for new opportunities, Hilton supports your journey at every step. Become part of a team that doesn’t just provide memorable guest experiences but builds lasting careers and a brighter future in a globally respected hospitality company.
