The role of Room Attendant at Hilton is fundamental to upholding the company’s renowned hospitality standards. As a Room Attendant, you are entrusted with maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of guest rooms to ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment. This role involves a wide range of duties such as cleaning rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning when necessary. In addition to maintaining cleanliness, you are responsible for replenishing linens and guest amenities, managing housekeeping supplies, and properly disposing of waste. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physically able to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Keep guest rooms spotless: clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities: replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
- Manage supplies: stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight our guests: respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal: dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
