The role of a Room Attendant at Hilton is pivotal in ensuring that guests enjoy a memorable stay through impeccable cleanliness and exceptional hospitality. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service

Job Duties

  • Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Replenish linens and amenities by replacing bed linens towels and guest essentials as required
  • Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Delight guests by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
