Job Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties
  • Basic communication skills
  • Availability to work full-time shifts subject to occupancy and seniority
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred especially in hotel operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Demonstrated customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and manage supplies

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks
  • Replenish bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed
  • Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain overall cleanliness standards
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
