The role of Room Attendant at Hilton is fundamental to delivering the exceptional hospitality that guests expect. This position involves ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms to create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall guest experience. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning and tidying assigned guest rooms, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as necessary. You will replenish linens and amenities, maintain and transport housekeeping supplies, and respond promptly and courteously to guest requests. Additionally, you will manage waste disposal by properly disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and guest service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle physical workload including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replenish linens and amenities by replacing bed linens towels and guest essentials as needed
- Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Delight our guests by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
