Currently, Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Housekeeping Team as a Room Attendant in a full-time capacity. The role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that guests have come to expect from the Conrad brand. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible not only for keeping guest rooms immaculate but also for contributing to an atmosphere of warmth and welcome that defines the guest experience at this luxury hotel. The position involves a wide range of housekeeping tasks that ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, inviting room that reflects the hotel’s commitment to exceptional service. This includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and carrying out deep cleaning procedures as necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for replenishing linens and guest amenities such as towels and essential toiletries, ensuring the supply cart is properly stocked and transported throughout your shift, managing waste disposal in accordance with hotel policies, and responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
  • Ability to work full-time including weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Keep guest rooms spotless by cleaning and tidying assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Replenish linens and amenities by replacing bed linens towels and guest essentials
  • Manage supplies by stocking maintaining and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily
  • Delight our guests by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Manage waste disposal by disposing of trash and recyclables in designated areas
