As a Room Attendant at Hilton, you play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms, ensuring each area is spotless, welcoming, and up to the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics. This role is essential to the overall guest experience, as it helps create an environment where visitors feel valued, cared for, and eager to return. From making beds and cleaning bathrooms to dusting and vacuuming, your work ensures every guest room reflects Hilton's renowned hospitality standards.
You will also manage housekeeping supplies efficiently, keeping the supply cart stocked and ready for the day’s tasks and handling waste disposal responsibly by sorting and discarding trash and recyclables properly. Equally important is your responsiveness to guest requests; you’ll serve as a friendly, courteous point of contact, promptly addressing guest needs and contributing directly to their satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role including lifting walking and standing for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to understand and follow safety and hygiene procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed
- Replace bed linens towels and guest essentials as needed
- Stock maintain and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
