As a Room Attendant, your role is central to enhancing our guests’ stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms. Your responsibilities include ensuring all rooms are spotless and well-presented through thorough cleaning tasks such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and executing deep cleanings when necessary. You will replenish linens and essential amenities, ensuring guests never lack the necessities that contribute to a enjoyable stay. Managing and transporting the housekeeping supply cart daily, you will keep supplies well-stocked and organized to enable efficient work flow.

Beyond cleaning duties, you will play a key role in guest satisfaction by promptly and courteously responding to requests, embodying the warmth and attentiveness that define the Hilton hospitality experience. Proper waste disposal is also among your duties, maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and environmental standards.   • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing walking and lifting
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
