This opportunity is based at the Homewood Suites Warwick, located at 33 International Way, Warwick, RI 02886. The role of Room Attendant is an hourly position focused on maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of guestrooms while delivering exceptional guest service. The Room Attendant is a crucial member of the housekeeping team responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms meet established cleanliness standards to provide a comfortable and inviting environment for guests. The role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a courteous demeanor, as attendants interact directly with guests and contribute significantly to their overall satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include thorough cleaning of guest rooms, preparation and stocking of housekeeping carts, removal of trash and dirty linens, and maintaining public and hallway areas to impeccable standards. The attendant must also report missing items, maintenance issues, and manage Lost and Found items effectively in accordance with company policies. Physical requirements include the ability to exert force to lift or move items up to 50 pounds and the capacity to stand for the duration of the shift.
