The Room Attendant position at Montage International is a critical role within the housekeeping department, pivotal to maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall guest satisfaction in our luxury guest rooms. This position involves performing daily housekeeping duties that ensure the guest bedrooms and bathrooms are impeccably cleaned and prepared to Montage’s high standards. The Room Attendant will be responsible for changing linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, organizing items, emptying trash, and resetting rooms in a timely and efficient manner. This role also includes providing courteous and attentive service to guests by responding to their requests and preferences promptly and professionally. The Room Attendant contributes to promoting a positive image of the property by engaging with guests in a pleasant and respectful manner while ensuring confidentiality and security for all guest rooms.
