The Room Attendant role at Quechan Casino Resort is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team, focused on delivering superior guest experiences through meticulous attention to the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. Working under the supervision of the Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all guest accommodations are maintained to the resort’s stringent standards, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. This position requires a detail-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused individual who takes pride in their work and strives to exceed guest expectations consistently. Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, as the role involves thorough cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance tasks. The Room Attendant must be physically capable of lifting a minimum of 25 pounds and demonstrate flexibility with availability, including working on weekends, holidays, and evenings. Additionally, candidates must be able to pass various background checks and drug screenings, in line with gaming regulations, and be eligible to obtain a gaming license in California if applicable.
