As a Housekeeping Expert at The Ritz-Carlton in Portland, you will play a critical role beyond merely ensuring clean rooms and freshly made beds. Your role involves constructing unique and memorable experiences for guests by maintaining the pristine condition and appearance of the entire hotel. You will be empowered to respond promptly to guest requests, replenish cleaning carts, clean guest rooms and common areas, and undertake various other responsibilities that support a top-tier hotel experience. The role demands active movement throughout the workday, involving standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods, as well as physically handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance.
