Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
- vacuum and dust rooms to ensure spotless condition
- complete all pre-cleaning duties including supplies and linen setup
- remove trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
- keep hallways, public areas, and closets clean and vacuumed
- restock housekeeping cleaning cart
- replenish chemical bottles
- report missing items from guestrooms
- follow Lost and Found procedures
- ensure room equipment and facilities function properly
- inspect guestrooms and report status
- prioritize and organize work assignments
- handle special room requests setup and presentation
- focus on detail cleaning of rooms and bathrooms
- input real-time work orders and guest concerns via HotSOS
- perform other duties as requested by leadership
- conduct oneself professionally with colleagues and leaders
- attend pre-shift meetings to learn shift details
- anticipate and respond promptly to guest service needs
- greet and acknowledge guests politely
