Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties including lifting bending and standing for long periods
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Customer service orientation
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties

  • Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms including making beds cleaning bathrooms dusting vacuuming and deep cleaning tasks
  • Replenish linens towels and guest essentials as needed
  • Stock maintain and transport housekeeping supply carts daily
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
