The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet the hotel's stringent cleanliness and quality standards. The Room Attendant's tasks include cleaning and preparing guest rooms according to brand standards, replenishing linens and amenities, conducting maintenance inspections, and maintaining organization within supply areas. Job Duties
- Clean and prepare guest rooms to brand and hotel standards
- replenish amenities, linens, and supplies as required
- inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report promptly
- ensure carts and supply areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked
- greet guests warmly when encountered in hallways or public areas
- respond quickly and courteously to guest requests
- report lost and found items immediately according to policy
