This full-time, non-management position as a Guest Environment Expert in Housekeeping & Laundry is vital to maintaining the high standards the Ritz-Carlton is renowned for. The role goes beyond typical housekeeping duties to build a unique and memorable atmosphere for guests. The Guest Environment Expert is responsible for ensuring the hotel rooms and public spaces are impeccably clean and well-stocked and that guest requests are handled promptly and with the utmost professionalism. This position requires candidates to be proactive and take initiative, moving freely throughout assigned areas to handle all related tasks efficiently. Physical stamina is essential as the role includes standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and involves moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

In addition to performing hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties, the Guest Environment Expert must adhere to Marriott International’s guidelines for workplace safety, confidentiality, and quality control. Maintaining a professional appearance and communication style is critical to enhancing the guest experience and supporting the hotel's image.
