Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year housekeeping experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, stooping, lifting up to 20 lbs
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
- Available to work flexible hours as needed

Job Duties
- Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Clean guest rooms to DKN Hotels’ standards including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls
- Clean rooms within the minutes-per-room guideline established by the Executive Housekeeper and General Manager
- Follow DKN Hotels’ policy for room amenities
- Turn in all items left in guestroom to manager immediately
- Maintain complete security of master room key and return the key at the end of shift
- Never leave the property with key
- Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention
- Assist with laundry as needed
- Report any missing/found articles or damage to the Executive Housekeeper
- Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance
- Deliver DKN’s 'Home Away From Home' experience
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
