The role of Room Attendant is based at the Fairfield Inn Vacaville located at 370 Orange Drive, Vacaville, CA 95687. This position is hourly and focuses on maintaining clean, orderly, and attractive guestrooms that not only meet but exceed established standards. A Room Attendant at Fairfield Inn is expected to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, contributing directly to the overall guest satisfaction and positive experience. The Room Attendant is responsible for a range of housekeeping tasks, including thorough cleaning of guestrooms, pre-cleaning preparations such as setting up the housekeeping cart with guest and cleaning supplies, and the removal of trash and dirty linens. The role extends beyond the guestroom to include keeping hallways, public areas, and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed as well as restocking cleaning carts and replenishing chemical bottles.

Further responsibilities include reporting any missing items such as irons, boards, or hair dryers, handling "Lost and Found" items according to set standards, and immediately notifying supervisors or managers of maintenance issues. A successful candidate will have the physical ability to carry out duties involving lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to specified weights, and remain standing throughout the shift.
