Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior cleaning experience
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong English language skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift, pull, and push minimum 20 lbs
- Desire to satisfy needs of others in a fast paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience
- Customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment with guest interaction
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms as assigned
- Provide welcoming and exceptional service to guests
- Communicate effectively with guests to meet their needs
- Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure guest rooms are comfortable and inviting
- Work collaboratively with team members to support hotel operations
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all tasks
