Job Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner
- keep work area clean and neat, free from dust and litter
- load carts with supplies needed to perform duties
- clean all guest rooms as assigned including changing bed linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning mirrors and surfaces, cleaning bathrooms thoroughly, replacing room amenities, emptying wastebaskets
- ensure guest room set up complies with standards
- report discrepancies in room status to inspector
- turn in lost and found items following standard procedures
- fill out assignment sheets as each room is completed
- ensure all equipment is in operating order and report needed repairs or supplies
- work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
- perform other duties as assigned
