Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in housekeeping or related field preferred
- ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- capability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- willingness to follow health and safety regulations
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- must adhere to professional appearance and communication standards

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas
- respond to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction
- stock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies
- follow company policies and safety procedures
- collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards
- report maintenance issues and safety hazards
- assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned
