Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to lift at least 20 pounds
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to interact positively with guests
Job Qualifications
- prior cleaning experience
- customer service experience preferably in a hotel or related field
- strong command of the English language including speaking, reading, and writing
- ability to learn quickly
- ability to multitask
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness of assigned guest rooms
- provide welcoming and helpful service to guests
- uphold high standards of housekeeping and hotel policies
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- lift, pull, and push moderate weights as required
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
