Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds occasionally
ability to stand throughout entire shift
effective communication skills verbal and written
experience in hospitality preferred
attention to detail
ability to work as part of a team
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in a hotel or related field preferred
ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds frequently or constantly
ability to stand during entire shift
effective verbal and written communication skills
friendly, courteous, and service oriented manner

Job Duties

Thoroughly clean guestrooms according to standards
complete all pre-cleaning duties including guest supplies and housekeeping cart set-up
remove all trash and dirty linen from guestrooms and hallways
keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat and vacuumed
restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day’s use
replenish chemical bottles
report all missing items from room to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
report any maintenance repairs immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
handle items for Lost and Found according to standards
ensure overall guest satisfaction
