The Room Attendant is primarily responsible for the cleanliness, neatness, and overall upkeep of guest rooms, ensuring each room meets rigorous brand standards. This position demands attention to detail, physical stamina, and a customer-oriented approach to create a welcoming environment for hotel guests. Responsibilities include making beds, replacing guest amenities, dusting and polishing furnishings, vacuuming carpets, and handling guest requests promptly and courteously.
