The Fairfield Inn Erie, located at 2082 Interchange Road, Erie, PA, is seeking to add a dedicated team member for a full-time position within its establishment. This role offers an hourly compensation and demands physical stamina and the ability to maintain a high level of service. Candidates should be prepared to assist guests in a courteous, friendly, and service-oriented manner while handling physically demanding tasks such as lifting and moving objects. Communication skills are essential, including the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and guests. This role is critical in supporting the day-to-day operations of the hotel and ensuring that guests have a positive experience. The ideal applicant will have experience in the hospitality field and the physical capability to perform the duties listed. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to exert 50 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and courteous demeanor
