Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
- Must be able to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally
- Must be able to exert 50 pounds of force frequently
- Must be able to exert up to 20 pounds of force constantly
- Ability to stand during entire shift
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and courteous demeanor

- Ability to provide attentive and service-oriented guest interactions
Job Duties
- Assist guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and employees
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Stand for the entire shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Support hotel operations to enhance guest experience
- Follow all safety and operational guidelines
