Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to maintain proper uniform standards and wear slip-resistant, enclosed toe and heel footwear
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Good organizational skills
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Maintain guest flow charts to track number of guests to each station and to track volume per hour
- Ensure that the host/hostess stand has someone there to greet guests at all times
- Ensure that the front of the restaurant is clean at all times
- Check on every table to ensure that it is clean and fully set up, and that all silverware and glassware is spotless before any guests are seated at the table
- Check to ensure that all chairs are free of crumbs and that the carpet is spotless
- Pitch in and help in service, whenever the need arises
- Assist as food runner and expeditor to ensure kitchen orders are prepared timely and according to ticket specifications and relay orders from wait staff to kitchen
