Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- bartending certification preferred where applicable
- minimum 1 year of bartending or high-volume restaurant/bar experience preferred
- knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and POS systems required
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail preparation
- understanding of responsible alcohol service and state/local regulations
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- strong cash-handling and basic math skills
- attention to detail, accuracy, and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes
- greet and engage guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area, including counters, equipment, and glassware
- restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift
- process payments accurately using POS systems
- handle cash and tabs responsibly
- verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies and procedures
- assist with bar opening and closing duties
- report any equipment or maintenance needs promptly
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
