After hailstorms, insurance policies cover the cost of roof replacements, creating an urgent and lucrative market. You won’t be cold calling or selling something people don’t need; instead, you’re helping them collect on a policy they already pay for. Our system provides company-generated leads supported by storm data and door-to-door canvassing, so your time is focused on genuine opportunities rather than guesswork.

First-year representatives typically earn between $45,000 and $70,000 annually, while the average representative income is around $72,000. You will receive paid two-week training that covers everything from insurance claims and adjuster meetings to roof inspections, and no prior experience in roofing or construction is necessary.
