As a Sales Representative at Pete's Builders, you will be part of a dynamic team that leverages the power of insurance to assist homeowners in getting their roofs replaced without out-of-pocket expense aside from their deductible. After hailstorms, insurance policies cover the cost of roof replacements, creating an urgent and lucrative market. You won’t be cold calling or selling something people don’t need; instead, you’re helping them collect on a policy they already pay for. Our system provides company-generated leads supported by storm data and door-to-door canvassing, so your time is focused on genuine opportunities rather than guesswork.

This role offers impressive commission opportunities with average earnings of $1,800 or more per job. First-year representatives typically earn between $45,000 and $70,000 annually, while the average representative income is around $72,000. Top performers can exceed $150,000, and we maintain complete transparency by sharing actual commission statements during your interview. You will receive paid two-week training that covers everything from insurance claims and adjuster meetings to roof inspections, and no prior experience in roofing or construction is necessary. We provide a company truck or vehicle allowance with a gas card, health benefits eligibility, and a supportive sales manager who will guide you through your initial roofs and meetings with insurance adjusters.
