The role of Assistant Project Manager in Roofing Construction is a pivotal position within commercial roofing projects. This role involves supporting the project management team in all aspects of executing roofing projects, from initial planning to final completion. An Assistant Project Manager helps ensure that these projects meet rigorous standards for timeliness, budget compliance, and quality assurance. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in roofing construction or related field
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with project management software
- Knowledge of roofing systems including TPO and reroofing processes

Job Duties
- Assist the project manager in planning, executing, and closing roofing construction projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services

- Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures
